NACD's world-renowned foundation course equips experienced directors with practical proficiencies needed to address today's critical board leadership challenges. It provides specialized training for leading boards and committees in a business climate of political uncertainty, regulatory change, rapid disruption, pervasive cyber risk, and stakeholder activism.

Process
An in-boardroom Advanced Director Professionalism® engagement begins with a planning call between the NACD team and designated client representatives to set expectations and goals. The actual session is a full-day, interactive program, led by an experienced faculty member at a board meeting or during a retreat.
