Nominating and Governance Committee Chair Advisory Council

Nominating and Governance Committee Chair Advisory Council

In support of a sustainable and profitable corporate America, the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) created the Nominating and Governance Committee Chair Advisory Council in 2010. Since then, this council has brought nominating and governance committee chairs from Fortune 500 companies together with investors, regulators, and other stakeholders to explore ways to strengthen corporate governance in general and the work of the nominating and governance committee in particular.

Heidrick & Struggles and Sidley Austin LLP collaborate with NACD in convening and leading the council.
