In Brief: The 2015–2016 NACD Private Company Governance Survey: Investor-Owned Company Boards presents findings from our annual questionnaire that was in the field from March through May 2015. This report is the second in a series dedicated to private companies of varying ownership structures. It offers new insight on important governance issues such as leadership succession and cyber risk. Data from other private company types, public companies, and nonprofit organizations are published separately.
